Chancellor Project Management - Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Chancellor Project Management (hereinafter referred to as "CPM," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, products, services, and materials, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered
CPM provides coaching, consulting, instruction, exam preparation, speaking engagements, and digital courses. Additionally, we organize an annual mastermind program, which is a premium high-ticket item.

3. Payment Options
a. Pay in Full: Customers have the option to pay the full amount upfront for any service or product offered by CPM.
b. Payment Plans: CPM offers various payment plans that are product dependent (i.e. 3-month, 6-month, etc.) and for select services. Customers opting for this plan agree to pay the agreed-upon installment amounts on a monthly basis.

4. Refund Policy
At CPM, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and services that deliver real value. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a Money-Back Guarantee under the following conditions:
a. Eligibility for Refund:

Customers must actively participate in the program and demonstrate reasonable effort, including completing all course requirements and engaging with the provided materials.

Refunds are applicable only if the customer does not achieve the intended results, such as passing the PMP exam.

Refunds will not be granted if the course is completed and proprietary materials are accessed, but the customer does not attempt the exam.
b. Refund Request Process:

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by documentation of effort and results (e.g., exam attempts or course participation).

Customers are encouraged to schedule their PMP exam as soon as the course concludes to allow sufficient time to attempt the exam within the refund window.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving a valid refund request.
c. Extenuating Circumstances:
If a customer is awaiting application approval to sit for the exam or faces other valid delays, CPM will work flexibly to ensure the best possible experience.
d. Additional Option:
In lieu of a refund, customers who do not pass the exam will have the option to continue working with CPM at no additional cost until they pass. We are committed to your success and will support you every step of the way.

5. User Responsibilities
a. Effort and Participation: Users are responsible for actively participating and putting in the effort required to benefit from CPM services. The effectiveness of our services depends on the user's commitment and engagement.
b. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and ensuring the security of their login credentials.

6. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership: All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by CPM are the exclusive property of CPM. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
b. Limited License: CPM grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use its services and materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Confidentiality
a. Non-Disclosure: Users agree to keep all confidential information obtained from CPM, including but not limited to course materials, proprietary methodologies, and business strategies, confidential and not disclose it to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability
CPM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of its services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
