Chancellor Project Management (CPM) is an instructing, coaching, and consulting company focused on Project and Program Management. Our instructors have combined experience of over 23 years in project and program management, and combined military experience of 20 years. We are a small, minority, woman, service-disabled veteran-owned business with a passion for bringing more professionals into the field of project and program management. We serve clients in the Military, Government, Corporate, Universities, and Non-profit sectors.

My Story

Raised in Rogers, AR, and now calling the vibrant Chicago suburbs home, my journey has been anything but ordinary. I spent 15 transformative years in the U.S. Army, starting as an Enlisted Soldier in the Medical field and advancing to the role of Intelligence Officer. These experiences instilled in me a commitment to excellence, adaptability, and a deep understanding of leadership in high-pressure environments.

After transitioning from the military, I spent nearly six years at a Fortune 50 healthcare company, where I honed my skills as a Program Manager. I led global teams and built transformative programs at both the corporate and division levels, helping organizations achieve results through strategic vision and exceptional execution.

In addition to project management, I’ve been deeply committed to advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. My work in building and leading Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) has driven measurable culture shifts and fostered inclusivity in a corporate setting. This passion now fuels my consulting work through Chancellor Collective, where I help organizations create sustainable DEI strategies that make an impact.

As a PMP-certified professional since 2017 and an MBA graduate, I’ve taught project management and PMP Exam Prep to diverse audiences, ranging from nonprofits to corporate teams and mentor circles. My teaching approach is adaptable, ensuring every client gains practical skills they can immediately apply.

When I’m not helping others achieve their goals, I stay busy with volunteer work, serving on two nonprofit boards, and enjoying life with my family. I live with my husband (who I met during our Army days), our four incredible daughters, four cats, and a dog. Outside of work, you’ll find me pursuing my adventurous hobbies like skydiving or indulging my creative side in acting.
