1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Chancellor Project Management (CPM) is dedicated to delivering high-quality services and products. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund, customers must meet the following criteria:
a. Request Submission: Submit a refund request via email to info@chancellorprojectmanagement.com within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
b. Participation and Effort: Provide evidence of active participation, including completion of assignments, attendance in sessions (if applicable), and adherence to the program instructions. Customers must demonstrate reasonable effort to implement the program and achieve the expected results.
c. Detailed Explanation: Include the customer’s name, contact information, and a detailed explanation of why the expected results were not achieved, along with any supporting documentation or completed materials.
3. Refund Process
a. Review of Request: Once a valid refund request is received, CPM will review the provided documentation to ensure eligibility under this policy.
b. Refund Approval: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method.
c. Denial of Request: CPM reserves the right to deny refund requests that fail to meet the eligibility criteria. Denied refund requests will be accompanied by a written explanation.
4. Exclusions
a. Payment Plans: Refunds are not available for purchases made using a multi-installment payment plan (e.g., 6-month payment plan).
b. Partial Services: Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered or accessed, including but not limited to completed sessions, downloaded materials, or access to proprietary resources.
c. Exclusions for PMP Exam Prep: Specific refund criteria for PMP Exam Prep courses may apply, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
5. Non-Transferable Refunds
Refunds are issued solely to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another individual or applied toward future purchases.
6. Course Material Ownership
a. Customers receiving a refund forfeit all rights to use, retain, or distribute any course materials, resources, or proprietary content provided during the program.
b. All intellectual property rights for course materials remain exclusively with CPM. Unauthorized use or distribution may result in legal action.
7. No Chargebacks or Disputes
Customers agree to contact CPM directly regarding any refund requests. Initiating a chargeback or dispute through their payment provider may result in forfeiture of the ability to request a refund under this policy.
